CLKD, I went to the chemist earlier and the pharmacist gave me an anti inflammatory throat/mouth spray which I am taking and I have just had a cup of green tea with lemon before bed.  I don't think this is going to shift any time soon but I really hope I am wrong, it's a nightmare not being able to just speak ...

That throat things doing the rounds.
My son had it, it was a pleasure not to near him talking for a day. 🤣😂

Then I had phone call from a lady at the hospital, she had it too, could just about make out what she was saying to me. 😂

Ohhh yes CLKD, it’s just sometimes I don’t really want anything to eat, so I leave it then it hits me, I’ve stocked up on nuts, bananas , apples, which used to upset me, but if I cut the skin off they’re ok, and Greek yogurt. 👍

Feeling better today after a hormonal crash last week.
I’ve increased to my original 4 pumps, and it seems to be working. 👍

tnx for the update jillydoll.  I've had a few weeks with a 'hungry' feeling although I don't recognise hunger  :-\.  The banana I tried yesterday was awful, this morning the next 1 tastes OK-ish. My gut seems to require them more often to avoid that 'dip'.  I feel light headed too and my brain didn't want to wake up  :-\

3 dates in the afternoon seems to help a bit .........  ;)

My head hurts when I bend over  :-\ although when I washed my hair earlier I wasn't aware of the pain.  I'm tired.  Supposed to go away tomorrow, hopefully not sickening for something  :(

It’s maybe one of those headaches that won’t go until you’ve slept more.
I hate those, especially when you bend down, feels like your eyes will pop out. 😢

I’m good since upping my hrt.
🤞🏼it’ll stay that way, I need to grab a break somewhere. ☹️

No, what I meant was, was for me to have some rest time from meno symptoms/ and OHs issues.
Think we’ve turned a corner, I’m doing good, and he’s managing his symptoms which are an after effect of his illness.
It’s been a long haul. ☹️

That seems like a good enough excuse for a few days 'away' ;-)

I ate too much fruit yesterday which caught up with me around the time I was due to go to a Meeting  >:( ;D. I sat by the door but fortunately have been OK. I was told that fruit is good for me  >:( The background headache when I lean down persists.  Not bad enough for nurofen.

Aww, glad it went OK Jaypo  :foryou:
I'm feeling pretty good today but, oh my word, I've been eating a fair bit  :o. (Comfort eating probably!) Every time I watch masterchef or the bake off, I creep through to the kitchen and raid the fridge  ;D
