I would be on the floor, flat out!  Did U sleep?

Edgy.  Expecting a delivery of new white goods, who knew that I could be so excited about a fridge freezer  ;D

Ohhh awful dreams last night. Think I'm going to stop the melatonin as it's a known side effect. I managed without it on hol over half term. I said to the psych that I can handle weird dreams, but not when it involves my parents (both passed), as I only ever want to have good dreams about them. Last nights was about my mum and woke me up with a start in the middle of the night, gasping and full of anxiety. So I am a bit off today,  always found it weird how a dream can impact you the next day or perhaps it's just me 🙃

No Penquin, my dreams impact my daytime too sometimes.
My dream the other night was about myself, every time I touched my tongue with a piece of tissue, it was full of blood. I kept asking, Why is my tongue bleeding, but no one would tell me why. 🫣
Weird or what! 🙄

I’m good today, had cake, what do you expect. Cake lifts everyone. 😂

Miserable - it started with cold & cough which was fine but now I am losing my voice.  Does anyone have any suggestions/remedies to improve and get my voice back?  :barf: :barf:

:foryou:  keep hydrated. Paracetamol and Nurofen but not together.  Feet up!   Thick blanket. Doze.  This too will pass.

Thank you  :thankyou: the cold and cough were fine but I am really struggling with not being able to talk - this is really hard for me! and I was invited out last night but didn't bother going as I am trying to rest my voice, I have been taking nurofen, along with hot drinks and strepsils but I thought I was maybe missing something that could be a speedier miraculous cure ...
