Haier - we are wondering about their fridge/freezer because the freezer section has drawers so that 1 doesn't lose all the heat when opening the door.

Hope everyone's feeling OK today  :tulips2:
I'm feeling not too bad at all just now. I have changed from evorel patches plus utrogestan to the combined evorel conti patch (I was really struggling with acid reflux and headaches on waking with the utrogestan  :-\). Early days but hopefully the reflux will settle.
The cockapoo is upset tonight. Bloomin' fireworks - why oh why?  :bang:

Thanx CLKD, I know you’re there if I need you. x

Hope the new hrt goes well Songbird.
I too have a headache some days when I wake. It does go after a coffee and two paracetamol.
As for the reflux, …..gaviscon or if it’s really bad, nexium.

Thanks Jill.  ::)
The pharmacist at our GP advised taking omeprazole daily for a couple of weeks (I normally take it only "as and when required" 🤔 so 🤞). Geez, it's not easy is it?  :o

Yep. I have Omeprazolol every morning to line the gut for the day.  If I get heartburn in the night I have sips of fizzy water which seems 2 help. Or M ilk of Magnesia liquid

I HATE fireworks!  5th. November and never any other date, it's now 31st Dec., at the end of weddings, at the end of events .......  >:( >:(

I do feel that omeprazole works I have to say, CLKD. I noticed the reflux worsening when mum died. They do say that grief can affect the gut

Morning Songbird.  You've hit the nail on the head.  Anxiety can cause gut issues, for me it's instant nausea.   :-X.  and it's early days for you there is no measure of grief.

MayB try the 'omeprazole' every night or morning for 5-7 days and C how U feel?

Too early to decide here .........

My dr gave me the strong omeprazole,took it for a few days and the reflux that I had for weeks,went quickly but I only use it as and when now,I'd rather just take a glug of gaviscon if I can get away with it.
Aww does doggy get scared songbird? Sooner fireworks are banned the better  >:(

It really helps me clkd,if I just feel the reflux starting,before it takes hold, I just glug some down right from the bottle,same way I drink my wine  ;D
