Jill. Plenty fluids, paracetamol and lots of rest is what's required 🤒

Thanx.
Can't bend down, my nose literally drips like a tap when I do.
No cooking for me today.

Suddenly tired. It's the change of clocks why do we do it ?
. I'm not as badly affected this end of the year as in March when it can take a week or more 4 me to adjust
and with tiredness comes nausea

CLKD I hear you. It's grey here and I'm already dreading the 4.30 darkness. I feel tired and down. I just want (need) some sun and light.

Tired still. Slept well. It's that time of year and I hate the dark evenings CapriCapri [Have U ever been ? ]
Otherwise OK thus far.

CKLD - yes, it's lovely. I'd like to be there now.
More grey here. I am WFH and trying to hold on until 4pm before I take my laptop to bed to finish work, watch something easy and sunny and then fall asleep and dream of blue skies. Meno + SAD is a horrid combination

There's plenty of afternoon TV, do ask - I can let you know what and when
. Do U have a SAD light?
Weary.

CLKD, yes, I have the SAD lamp, superstrength vitamin D, HRT, all the supplements possible. Sigh!
Fingers crossed for some bright days. That helps.
I'll be back for TV suggestions but currently I've got A Place in the Sun on in the background. I'm absorbing the rays via the screen.

Playing music does it for me CapriCapri when I feel crap.
Or I watch Doc Martin, Grantchester, or Foyles War. Takes me away from my feelings. 🤷🏼♀️ xx

jillydoll, I love all those programmes (esp Foyle). Perfect for my mood. Thank you for reminding me because it's been a while and they need revisiting.

Ahhh, glad to help.
I love anything of that era.
I usually watch them in bed, OH works late, so I’m in on my own , and I love it. 😍
