Aww thanx Disco. xx

I’m getting a bit anxious now over it. Shouldn’t really, I only had one last year.  ::)
Think I’m more worried about the outcome than the actual procedure tbh.
But it is what it is. 💁🏼‍♀️

Worried about the escalating problems in the Middle East and the lack of coverage regarding the Ukraine issues.  I try to support those in need at local level i.e. food bank and charity shops.

Otherwise all good. We ate late, 2.00 p.m. so wont' be having supper until perhaps 9.00 ish, that'll be ice cream in a bowl whilst in the bath then  8) - especially when I stand the bowl on my belly  :D

That griping pain across my belly turns out to be atrophy  >:(.   :bang: :bang: :bang:  after the intermittent griping which felt as though I had lifted something heavy; my bowels became 'iffy' ........ followed by today VA symptoms.  Had a bath and popped some estriol up there, will do another treatment later.  Now to take some Nurofen.

Had my hysteroscopy this afternoon, &  vulva biopsy, and all went ok.
Was a bit painful, but I got through it. The local anaesthetic was a bit stingy, and I’m glad it’s over.
The good news is that the Gynaecologist said she thought everything looked ok, and wasn’t worried about the biopsy. ( her gut instinct) But said we’ll talk when the results come through.
I’ve got some pain in the belly area, so paracetamol taken.
I have to praise the staff, I had the most wonderful nurse holding my hand, she was absolutely brilliant.
Glad it’s over tbh, now just got to wait for the results.
