Tnx.  If I get into a bath now I'll go off to sleep  ::) then wake up cold.

Oh, hugs for you CLKD
I'm prescribing a lovely warm bubbly bath for you too, a good old soak and a hot cup of tea afterwards 😌
I'm pretty good today. Mum's funeral was yesterday. It all went well. Just glad it's behind me now. Enjoying the sweet memories now 💞

Feeling low today  🥲Morning anxiety has kicked in over past few days. Worrying about everything and everyone!
My son goes off to Uni next Saturday and I want to be able to enjoy helping him move . He’s booked for a ECG with the charity CRY next Saturday too. He’s got no heart symptoms but the charity offer free screening to pick up rare abnormalities that could lead to problems such as sudden death in young adults and teenagers. My daughter attended one 4 years ago and I don’t remember stressing over that!
I’m so worried they’ll find something and it will ruin his moving in to Uni accommodation day ! Cannot rationalise anything at moment.
Both my son and hubby are totally relaxed about it !

Is he your baby?  Is he the last to find his way in the World?

Glad that CRY have arranged the scan.  If something shows it can be treated.   I doubt whether anything will change his moving in day.

Improving.

Thank you CLKD. Yes he’s my baby and the last to flee the nest. I’m excited for him as he got his first choice of University/ Birmingham. It will be a wonderful experience for him . Guess I’m just worried something will ruin it for him.
Keep telling myself only a small percentage of ECGs are abnormal and if those a teeny percentage show something serious .
It’s the time in my cycle where period due and anxiety is sky high !

Thank you CLKD. Hopefully my hormones will settle in next few days and I’ll see things more rationally.
Stomach is in knots at moment. I’m hiding all of my worry from my son as don’t want to make him anxious.
He’s usually very laid back like his Dad!
