Sorry CLKD, how you feeling now?
Was it all down to the shingles jab, do you think?
I’m ok, just a flare up of LS. Makes you miserable. 😞

It began last week when I felt less than valued. I did have a moan elsewhere on the Forum
. which led to depression so I upped my medication, not a good move as it caused anxiety levels to soar. = not being able to eat etc.. I resorted to my emergency med which gave me respite in sleep so I have slowly started eating again.
Add to that a very busy week, why did I book everything for the same week
Tnx girls ........

U can drive me crazier than I already am ...... once the FA has been I will be able to relax a bit more as other appts can be dodged.
Some of the reasons are in 'May I moan' thread.

Tomorrow will fly by.
Then you’ll be flying high because it’s over with.
I’ve been like that myself.
