Worried about DH  :-\.  We've had a lovely day, pottering in the garden in warm sunshine and watching MotoGP on 📺 .  He cooked our pizza for tea, complained of back pain, half an hour later began to get shivery.  ......... His skin is a strange colour, I've looked up jaundice  :-\  ??? ........... He's wrapped in a blanket listening to the cricket on the laptop, it's a good match which should be on TV!

Me - I hate this type of issue at night, I cope better in the morning ........ night is going to be very long  :'(

CLKD - ringing 111 really is helpful at times like this. They will give good advice and may send out paramedic to assess the situation if they feel it necessary. You don't have to deal with this all by yourself.

Really hope Mr CLKD feels better in himself soon

After 2 Paracetamol and a thick blanket after 3 hours symptoms began to resolve.  He has a cough, Covid test negative.  2 Paracetamol at 3.00 a.m. as we were both awake he is feeling better.  What ever 'bit' him probably got short shrift from the anti-virals he has recently been swallowing.

Me - weary.  But relieved.

It came on really fast.  Gardening until 4.30, cooked evening meal at 5.00, began shivering at 5.20 - he had prawns on his pizza  :-\  :-\  ???  ...... his speech was husky and he has a croaky cough this morning.

If the cough doesn't clear he will get another C-test.

Well - I've had an odd 36 hours thus far.  On Friday monring I had my shingles booster, all OK until 8.00 ish when I began to experience severe head zaps every time I moved  :-\ >:(.  Cheeks were really hot.  I got up to P every 20 mins for 3 hours then down to every 40mins: even with the electric blanket on I felt shivery; took nurofen at 4.00 a.m. for a headache    .........   slept intermittently as the need2P was intense.

About an hour ago the head zaps began again  :-\.  I did wonder whether it's the ADs that I take, the surgery keeps buying the cheapest brand possible  >:(.  I've spent a couple of hours in the bath to relax; have no appetite, very thirsty ..... I'm hydrated with skin test.

There is a feeling of movement up the back of my head ....... my bowel feels like it wants 'to go' with no result  >:(

A good suggestion but I don't think so  :-\ ........   as I don't have the nip as the flow shuts off.  So haven't required nurofen once the headache eased.
