For 3 days I 've had a very painful 'small' of my back, probably due to not kneeling when sorting the dishwasher and laundry machines
. Note to Self. Cuppa to hand with Nurofen to take to see whether it eases. Doesn't keep me awake, however the bilateral bursitis does from 5.00ish so am glad to ge tout of bed.
Chilly. The dull sky makes me feel colder than it probably is!

Had a bad night with my stomach.
Can’t ever eat an egg again, every time I do, I suffer.
Something else off my list of foods I can’t tolerate these days!

I've not been able to eat eggs since the 1980s, they simply lay heavy and won't digest = intense nausea. Even an egg sandwich has to be faced with determination! OK in cakes; which I have given up, trying to get rid of as much processed grub in our diet as possible.
Baked beans the same.
.
DH has put on my other sock as I can't bend far enough this morning. Low due to the constant drizzle because I Have Things 2 DO outside. [things to do inside I am trying to ignore

Very occasionally I have about 20 beans on toast ...... should I repeat the next day then my gut is in trouble.
Not as uncomfortable as 24 hours ago.

Bloated. Again.
. Haven't worked out why. I eat mostly the same foods at the same time every day
. Bloatedness began at 2.30 p.m. and I couldn't eat until half an hour ago.

I've got a black eye
- not all round, underneath on the soft skin from nose outwards. I put drops in last night so probably rubbed when asleep
Otherwise: not thinking too much - yet. I can see chores inside and gardening which I prefer

How’d you get that CLKD?
I’ve got chores today too.
Think I’ll just go bury my head in the duvet instead.

We've been outside so I haven't looked at the bruise under my eye, probably due to rubbing too hard in the night
I could go back to sleep ........ so, so tired

1 night shouldn't be too bad unless the mind starts thinking that sleepness may become a habit! Do U feel hung over?
