I woke several times in the night hot and bothered with ongoing anxiety surges ........
change of routine today
. I feel light headed. Have managed breakfast and a cuppa. It amazes me how fast I go down with this anxiety problem

It is awful, CLKD. I, very occasionally, still get this. I can’t ever put my finger on trigger but it doesn’t half bring on horrible physical symptoms
. I’m inclined to try to accept it, knowing, as Jaypo says, it will pass in its own sweet time.
Sending you

Had to sleep sitting up because of phlegm on my chest. This morning I can hear it rattling around. I have non stop constricted feeling in my ribs and chest making me breathless and difficult to walk as I have fluid on my lungs and multiple tumours in the lungs. I must keep on breathing in and out though.
Must go and feed the birds.

I've tried to eat sensibly
and the feelings are coming/going. Lovely in the sunshine but that doesn't relieve symptoms.
. Don't know what's triggered because I've eaten well for most of the week.

CKLD hmm not sure. I'm coughing a lot at the minute and it's streaked with blood. Just a little though. Went to see a show last night and it had smoke included several times.
It started after that.

You need some sleep CLKD.
Have a nice warm bath, and get to bed early.
Hopefully it’ll work wonders.

Tnx. Once the MotoGP from Texas is over, around 9.00 ish, I'll have my usual bath. Am nibbling grapes with a cuppa to hand. My belly is sore too however I was lifting bags yesterday. Hey ho!

Tnx for asking. Still struggling a bit. Worked out that because we sleep 10-12 hours that I may be missing a meal slot = lack of sustenance overnight. Especially because I dream, a lot.

I'm full of envy that you sleep 10-12 hours. I'm lucky if I manage 5-6. I wake 2-3 times every night. Glad you're feeling better
