Feeling happy as my partner ilatrst blood test shows he is no longer pre diabetic so that's a relief. He's worked so hard at losing weight, massively upping exercise and cutting out sugar as much as possible.

I'm not very well
Yesterday I had weird pains in shoulder, radiating into neck, back of my head and down my back. Could put it down to gardening 2 days ago even though the time line doesn't fit.
Woke at 6.15 with aching in my jaw, teeth, sore throat .......... no sign of redness or a rash in my throat or gums. Can hardly open my mouth. Off to take pain relief.
And its drizzling. Hard.

Aw CLKD I hope you feel better soon, that sounds like some kind of virus, there's a lot of bugs around atm and some really weird ones. I can't think what would make opening mouth difficult, where is the pain when you do that?

Hi. The throat has improved, it was trying to yawn which caused pain down into my throat.
My neck/shoulder pain isn't worse/less than this morning.

Sad because I am unable to book a holiday for next month due to anxiety. OK until I pick up the Hotel details

Aww sorry clkd, anxiety is the pits, can't you go in your camper van? Then if it's too much you can escape to it. I get like this before holidays but almost force myself to go then, needless to say, enjoy myself

Same here. All that anxiety and 'on the day'. We usually stay in a Hotel driving there and around in the camper.

He's done so well and boy, has he been through it! .....what a journey its been.
Fingers crossed tomorrow's a new beginning for us. 🤞
