Shattered.  I had the worst night for over 20 years with a panic attack which lasted over 3 hours  :'(

Oh no CLKD. I wonder what brought that on 🤔. 3 hours 😲. I've been scared out of my wits having a 10 minute episode! Absolutely horrible.
I hope you have a nice cuppa to hand, fire lit and DH looking after you today  :foryou:
Me - just prepped the veg for family coming over this afternoon. It was actually pretty quiet on our estate last night - thank goodness - the cockapoo hates fireworks ☹

Not eating 'properly'.  I have eaten enough since 20th but rubbish has crept in.   :-X :-\.  Resulting in slow bowel = a lot of wind that rolled round.  Wouldn't go up or down though it felt close to both at times.  I shook so badly that we thought that I would break the loo seat  :o.  I am pottering in our garden with a cuppa to hand.

Enjoy seeing your relatives.  A few bursts of fireworks but no where near as noisy as previous events: lack of money mayb?

 :-\.   :'(.  today I can feel my body beginning to retaliate again.  We didn't wake until 10.20 ..... so everything is late. 

Been busy though.

Reflux with all this blimmen rich food and drink,now heading home but sadly the ship has now plonked anchor in the bay of Biscay waiting for a helicopter to airlift someone off  :'(

Oh dear Jaypo. Geez I've seen that a couple of times on ships when a helicopter has been used. Quite impressive seeing the skill involved in airlifting someone off but, clearly, awful for the person and their companion(s) 😔.
Beans on toast for you in a day or two? 😉. Hope you had a lovely time. We're away in 6 weeks time 🥳..
Feeling pretty good today. Just finished the Christmas choccies so back to normal eating (not sad about that) 🤢

Hells Teeth jaypo!   :beaurk:   I suffered with gut problems on N Y Eve having eaten too much processed foods  :'( :-\.  Learnt my lesson. 

Today: feeling a lot better  :thankyou: getting slowly back to eating more regularly.

Ha, I was telling people we know on the ship,I'd forgotten my omeprazole and hey presto,she had some lol
Yes songbird,plain old food for me soon,ner happy.
High winds and rough seas so that helicopter pilot had his work cut out,think someone had fallen,as the captain over the tannoy asked for any blood donors to come forward (which they did in their droves) 😊
