Hope so.
......... not a lot in the fridge for lunch either
so my body is hungry. Had some defrosted plums earlier, they needed a little bit of sugar but I persevered
Weary after a couple of hours pottering in the garden.

I've been wondering why any1 wants to work in Sudan ....... without becoming political, at the 1st hint of trouble I would have been out of anywhere that begins to sabre rattle. Why 71 NHS GPs? Do they work as medics for UK Companies based there? Shows how much goes on across the World that I am totally unaware of !

To be honest I don't know
I've had a sore area at the lower end between the ribs - like low-grade indigestion. I've had background reflux some nights, i.e. it starts in that region, works quickly upwards into my chin, cheek and sometimes into my head. It's on my list to talk to the Nurse about on Monday.
I may take some 'magnesia' soon. From the knees down, I think I'm fine .

Feel better CLKD
Feeling cautiously happy. We heard from youngest ds that he plans to propose to his gf of almost 6 years. He wants to take her to an outdoor park for a weekend next month to make it official. They have both been talking about it for a long time and he bought her a ring a couple of months ago (she picked it out). It will be a long engagement as both don't have money, ds is working paycheck to paycheck and she's barely working because of a disability. But they're both very happy and that's the main thing.

Tnx. Have eaten a light evening meal.
Oh an engagement
takes me back to my 21st.
this is where parents step in with the odd 'kitchen food basket'. The odd weekend break away from the norm ;-).

It travels usually into the R side. The symptoms remain though a little less.

Maggie is at daycare for part of the day so I'm free to putter without a pup underfoot.
After 2 years the hot flashes have returned.
They're not long-lasting and only enough to make me pause and think "Oh poop...a hot flash?" then it's gone in less than a minute.

Hi there - I have hardly been on the forum for the past few months and forget to look back once I've posted so came and had a look here to see how folks were and there is a HUGE gap in posts between April 26th and July 6th? Surely members must have posted between then and now? Can anyone enlighten me please!
Hurdity x
PS I'm fine - as per the thread question!
