Funny enough I've just changed to vagifem so will see if I notice a difference (and will have a go with the pelvic exercises too).

I've had a sore throat for a couple of days and slept loads yesterday. Not like a typical cold - it's a strange one

. Ice cream is just what I need. I’m going to dig out my pennies and wait for the ice cream van to arrive. I’ll tell you what, you have to be quick around here. He sits on my street for precisely 2 minutes and if nobody appears at their door, he’s off! Numpty!
