Had horrible acid reflux this morning (trying to persevere with oral utrogestan  :-\ ).
2 spoonfuls of peptac peppermint liquid - it certainly works quickly 👍…. - yet another item put on my “repeat prescription”  ;D

Pain in between the shoulder blades. Woke with it this morning.
Can’t deal with pain, so ibuprofen gel on it when OH gets up.
