It's over  :bouncing:  I had a down mood yesterday, however: feeling comfortably tired.  Looking forwards to more shopping next week ;-)

 :'(  :-\ bloated and nauseous  :-\ :'(

This happens a few times a month but I haven't worked out why.  By mid-afternoon I'm uncomfy.  Gut grumbles.  I don't think that I have a stomach like others, I think everything goes directly downwards.  When I press around my belly button there's a wind reaction, upwards. Straight up behind my breast bone.

A bath is the way to settle it ........... with gentle rubbing .  I'm fed up with it.   >:(

 :thankyou:

Anxious.  My belly was really windy for hours yesterday but couldn't get rid of it, a sudden surge like it was going to vomit at 11.00 ......... then I couldn't sleep, did cross word puzzles.  It took ages B4 that feeling went, fortunately without issue.  Tired now.

It can soon cause me to become house bound  :-\

That is a horrid feeling. I am glad the feeling has passed. I hope you can have a nap later to catch up on missed sleep.

I think having an eating disorder is so ingrained that it can be really hard to eat regularly. Do not be hard on yourself.

Tnx.  Any fear over rides logic.

Improving.  I am trying to work out what causes the mid-afternoon bloating  :-\.  Sticking to 1 type of drink today.

The flooring looks nice in the dining room, we have moved furniture back.  Makes the room look brighter and of course, cleaner ;-)  8)

Three of us have covid, me, dh and ds. Dh became symptomatic over the weekend and I felt a little something on Monday so I wore a mask to work. During dinner that night, dh said his food had little taste. Hmmm...I told him to go buy a box of rapid tests, just in case. Sure enough, we both tested positive.  We think dd brought it home from her trip to Scotland, as she was sick a week after she got home.  She thought she only had a mild cold and didn't test herself.  She tested with us and she was negative.
I have no fever or sore throat, but very tired, sinus congestion, occasional cough, and body aches. I can only take Maggie walking for no more than 10 minutes, or I get short of breath. She's on day 9 of her cycle so she's walking and sniffing more frantically and it's hard to keep up with her.  It's hard to rest when she's constantly wanting my attention, if she's not napping.

It's still around!  I can't fathom how we haven't caught it  :-X

Maggie needs to lay down quietly when required to do so.  Naggins isn't acceptable as they grow older, keep her on a short lead and encourage her to lay on the floor beside you.  She'll learn.

Bloated again below the belly button  >:( - thus far, no queasiness.  Otherwise ........... OK
