Air is cooler, we've eaten our evening meal and I feel less stressed.

My chest keeps getting  tight and uncomfortable breathing, needing extra use of my inhaler. Wouldn’t be such a problem if salbutamol/reliever inhaler worked, but the period between being 40 and 60, while my asthma was well managed, with no need for a reliever inhaler, it stopped working. Found out when I was really poorly and prescribed a nebuliser with ventilin. None of the good effects, just the horrid side affects.  All I can do is take extra doses of my preventer inhaler. Helps, but takes time. Fortunately I don’t get acute attacks these days, just a long slow decline over weeks. Funny how long term health issues present themselves over the years.

Also Ju Ju how we can feel well then suddenly deteriorate.  I take my wellness for granted.  This morning I am queasy, still tired and shaky.   :-\

Taken last kliovance pill I have. Looks like I will have to go back on patches tomorrow even though they don’t stick well and I have to put a new one on every other day!  Seeing HRT nurse next week and can’t get to see her any earlier.

Just had a shower and looking forward to lunch out today. About 16 of us are going so should be a good laugh. Beautiful day here!

Feeling relieved we didn't get overnight thunderstorms, pup hasn't been storm tested. I was worried last night that I would be up with her, but bless her furry little bottom, she slept through.

Hi penny farthing

I'm into week 2 of patches and the lack of staying power on these little critters driving me mad ..but I've solved it..I bought a clear sticky film from amazon and cut it bigger than the patch and put it on as soon as new patch applied ....its like the stuff they use to put ove canulars or cover me tattoos..stays on no prob now....was about £5 for a 2 metere roll

She's spooked by the noise of garbage trucks or any similar noise. A gun shot would put her over the edge  ;D

Sitting at the kitchen table, sweating even though the AC is on. Could have been the Starbucks.... ;)

What we forget is that dogs are nearer the ground and noise travels differently lower down.  (long story short, camping in France  ;D)

Bored of this heat now.  I don’t know what I want to eat, don’t know what I want to drink, can’t be bothered doing anything.  I just want rain and coolness

At 10.30 p.m. I was also 'bored'.  Then thought that when it does rain - supposedly during the week - we might be getting more than we bargained for  :o so all buckets, water catchment things are stood out.  Ready.

Warm.  V tired.  Didn't sleep much due to brain racing .........  breakfast and cuppa to hand.   ::)
