Oh Songbird: photos ?  :D

Laundry sorted.  MotoGP watched, end of 2024 season  :'(.  Next begins in March, such a LONG wait  :-\

I often dream about my paternal gran's house because I want to know where a modern bathroom would have been situated  ::) also the pathway from gate to backdoor was thick with layers of cockle shells ........ which have probably been grubbed up by now.  If ever the property appears on the market I will go have a look to lay those memories.

Watched Paddy on his chopper cycle across the West and now Sue Perkins is in Austria.  Before my bath  8)

Photos CLKD? Geez, it would give you nightmares! I had my onesie and fluffy slippers, hair was in velcro rollers (trying to embrace my wavy hair  :o), and had moisturiser soaking in to my 60 Yr old face 😫. Mum swore by it  ;D

Ooh, I love home made bread - delish...
Met my friend today as it's her birthday on Wed so had a lovely brunch but get this...
We went to a local garden centre. I had to take a couple of paracetamol so asked for a glass of tap water. "No. You'll have to buy a bottle of water" Crikey, what next? Surely they can't refuse to give a glass of water, can they? 😲.

Try asking for a cup of hot water ? I ask for hot water when out when others are having coffee. Not been refused yet.

Companies have to buy their water like we all do.  Years++ ago 1 could get a 'free' glass but some these days do charge.  Also bottled is best ;-)

Woken up in high anxiety.  Going to have a hair cut in a salon last used 10 years ago: 'she' washed the back of my neck that time and my clothing was soaked  :o. Needs must, it was May when someone came here.  Anxiety has stopped me making appts for anything this year  :-\
