Fridge on top, freezer in a separate cabinet underneath, that should have read fridge/freezer  ::).  DH is making noises as he transfers stuff from the old chest into the new one.   ;D. I still don't think that everything from the large will fit into the smaller one  :-\ so am keeping Well Out of the Way   :D

There are upright freezers but we found that when we opened the door to look through the drawers, it was a PHAFF so traded it in ;-)

Been and done some shopping, will finish getting the rest tomorrow.

We've been clearing out too, stuff from the bottom of the freezer - kept on an incase basis - gone either into food recycling bin or compost.  We have 2 B more organised with smaller spaces to fill and not keep items at the bottom!

Lit the wood burner
Fed neighbours' kitten
Laundry sorted
Gave away the chest freezer  8)

Got my hair done today. All coloured again and now have straight sleek hair  ;D. All set for my 60th next Sat - going for a lovely meal next week. Was supposed to be going to York but can't leave the sensitive cockapoo again  ;D
The hairdresser is convinced my shaggy perm  :o is due to HRT - cripes!
I'm going to have a go at getting a keratin blow dry. Apparently it has a straightening effect (which lasts a few months?) 🤷‍♀️...I'll give it a go  ::)

TBH, I'm quite happy with my romantic date night with OH. I'm just back from a 12 nighter on a cruise after all  ::)

Watching the Remembrance programme ...... I'm OK until the religious bit comes along  :(

Then it's off for my bath to read the mags that are in the Sat papers ;-)

Gee whizz - what next?
Popped to the doc today as I have another skin lesion that's not going away. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed a year ago (non malignant) and this looks similar (it's tiny this time though). Because I've had it before, an urgent referral is being done (but it's still many months to have a dermatology consultation on the NHS up here!!)
My HA won't tolerate this so off I'll go (once again) to Ross Hall for a private appointment! At least I've got an appointment for 10th December! Bloody fortune though  :bang:

Oh songbird, not again 😩 it will be the same as last time I'm sure but I know how stressful it is.
I WAS going to go to Ross hall for the colonoscopy but I was told I'd have to wait an over a month for it!! Phoned the Bath clinic (circle group too) taken in a week

Isn’t it awful Jaypo? 😩 Onwards and upwards Mrs  ;)

Staying indoors today, avoiding the freezing cold weather as much as possible 🥶….
Got a phone call from mum’s lawyer this morning giving the go ahead to put mum’s house on the market. Goodness, that was quick, I thought. Have mixed feelings  :'(……55 years in that house, with so many happy times/memories  :-\
OH and my brother are taking care of it all - I just can’t bring myself to go back now.

The end of your joint history Songbird ......... probably once you have sold you will feel better, it's really early days yet.  We left the village in 1975 so upset was long gone when it came to sell the property during lockdown.

Walked to/from the village for supplies, I wore my wellies.

Fed wild birds.  Light lunch - done.  Fed neighbours' small cat, put her out again.

Fire lit.  cuppa to hand.  MotoGP testing on TV  8) men in leathers.  What's not to like  :-*.  We have to watch because many have changed Teams so will be wearing new colours  ;D
