Well, funny you should say that,
Bits and pieces have been sent to a charity shop, and I’ve also had a clear out of shoes and trainers.
Found two pairs of trainers that OH bought and has never worn, he’d bought them for work, but for some reason he never used them, so they’ve gone into the Salvation Army bin at our local Tesco.

Ooh, got my bus pass today - can now travel to Glasgow for my Christmas shopping for nowt -
Also watched Sir Chris Hoy being interviewed by BBC's Sally Nugent. What an inspiration he is! Dealing with diagnosis of terminal cancer, his wife being newly diagnosed with MS and he remains positive and takes time to speak about it to raise awareness and help others.
Now there is someone who, in my eyes, is fully deserving of his knighthood.

However: in the weekend papers he told the reader that he was taking his children away for half term so that they wouldn't read the Press, watch TV and that the children in school wouldn't say "I saw your Dad on TV and he's going to die"
. How does that sit with being on the TV all the while ........
Eaten our evening meal
Here go the fireworks!
I can't travel on public transport
due to anxiety. So enjoy your shopping but remember that you will have to carry all those heavy bags onto the bus and walk to your front door

Last week DH had both and I declined [refused] the 'flu jab. Cake is certainly required - did cockerpoo survive the stay in kennels?
More tidying. Waiting for The Delivery

Oh, CLKD, the cockapoo did not do well in the kennels I'm afraid. Stress licking caused an infection in his wee testicles 😳. He has never been like that before but he's normally only in for a week - it was a fortnight this time.
Got cream from the Vet, popped some gloves on and I did the necessary - OH was squirming the whole time
....
A dog walker has just started working from the kennels so I'm going to pay her to take small chap out every day he's in from now on. Running about a paddock just isn't enough for him.
OH says " we never had this blinking problem with the German shepherds"

U did say at the time but meno-brain had forgotten
. Men LOL. He would be no good at emptying anal glands then
Could the dog walker meet him at your house or do U mean that is your idea? Our JR would like her paws until they were pink, I probably said already
Items delivered. One small dent in the upright chest fridge/ freezer
. Plugged in. Now to warm the house through as all the doors have been open. Laundry whizzing round.

The dog walker goes to the kennels every day to walk whichever dogs she has booked in (over and above the regular dogs she walks from people's houses when they are at work).
Lucrative business methinks
OH jabbed. Now awaiting my sil who has to submit BP reading for her HRT review. My brother won't part with money to buy a monitor as they have mine they can use
Geez, what's to stop anyone from submitting a "made up" reading?
