Nope, been there and done that a few years ago when they were younger and needed an adult to supervise, nearly weed myself then and definitely would if I tried it now!

 ::). begun tidying up wrapping paper etc. .  Weather too intermittently wet to decide on going for a walk/not.  Sitting down now.  NOWT on TV  >:( = a doze?

That sounds lovely Autumnwalks. Enjoy.
Our neighbour handed us a bottle of wine this afternoon. It was a peace offering for the party that's taking place this evening 😁🙄.
Now where did I put those ear plugs? 🤔
Thankfully we're in a detached property but I guess the party could spill out into the garden..

We are babysitting 4 large bags of ice cubes in our freezer  ;D which will be handed back with the words 'no noise to be heard on our side of the fence'.  Last year a child was sick continually whilst I was trying to enjoy my bath  >:( that child being in her 20s  :beat: :beat: :beat:

Yes, quite a bit of noise with 3 children and a dog! ;) Tried to stay up for midnight as I usually do normally at friends but so tired and the guys are playing some silly boy's game. :P Happy New Year!

We didn't wake until 10.20 .........

Now I'm on a roll  ;D - have been up into the loft to begin taking down boxes kept 'in case', going back to 1988.  I think by now ............   ???.  There is a chest up there which is now clear on top, items have been piled on top.  I *think* that our Valentine cards are in there: we were courting for 5 years B4 we married  :-*. And there may be C.mas/Bday cards too  :whist:

DH has pottered round the garden and needs to chop kindling. 

Lots of old jam jars in the dishwasher on a long cycle with lids soaking!   Advertised on FB, tall spoken for  8)

Get that blanket switched on.  Doze.  Good book/magainze.  We used to have the TV in the bedroom which was useful in the day.
