Sorry for cutting in.

I just wanted to say that I'm going through quite a bit in my life at the moment (I know a lot of us ladies are) but I love looking at these posts. They make me feel less alone and less scared.

Just knowing that in spite of everything, normal life still carries on

This morning DH helped dig out a deep rooted climber which is now in 3 bits with long roots, in pots.  I need the area for something else.

Light lunch to hand.  Laundry to sort etc..

Home from the USA. Flight good. Even slept a bit, which is a first for me. Now doing the washing, having unpacked. DH came home and went to bed, but I’m determined to keep going till an early bedtime.

Room with a view over Lake Titicaca tonight. I was supposed to be in Peru for 8 weeks but it's a bit too touristy for me so I've hopped over the border to Bolivia. Boat trip to Isla del Sol tomorrow, birthplace of the Inca sun god. Off to the Salt Flats after that but need to be back in Peru in late Oct for the Inca Trail to Macchu Piccu. Time to cross things off my bucket list before I'm too decrepit to do them.
