Slept heavily with busy dreams.  Again  >:(. Couldn't wake up when the alarm went  :-\

After breakfast: picked soft fruits, peas, runner beans; pruned back a holly shrub [set by birds 5 years ago]; sorted laundry/dishwasher; fed fish and wild birds; cuppa to hand in the shade.

Yesterday I topped/tailed 4lb white currants for the freezer
We've shopped this monring, the coffee shop in Waitrose is unable to take cards and has no cash alternatives  ;D. Down will go their profits!

Cuppa to hand.   Laundry sorted.  Dishwasher going round.  Heading towards the shade!

that's awful - and well done. U  :medal:  bet there was no warning from the Company either  :-\

Point out to her GP that you R saving the NHS £Ks - I would also ask for the District Nurse to attend regularly.  Is your Mum paying daily for visits?

This morning: sorted more cutting back/tying in.  Laundry out.  Fish/birds fed.  Light lunch, done.  Yesterday's papers to read.  le Tour final Stage on ......

No, I just found out because I phoned mum and she was sitting on her bed at 10.30, still waiting on the first visit (supposed to be between 8am and 9am!) She was trying to get herself washed and dressed bless her!
"Home from hospital" care package (in mum's case 4 carers a day) is free in Scotland. However, it's only a good thing if it's an efficient service (and it's anything but!)
Bad practice in a lot of cases (forgetting to give all meds, insufficient time lapse between doses of painkillers, leaving stairlift in unsafe position for mum). I could go on!
Sufficed to say, I have taken photographs and have had a lengthy conversation with the head of service. She apologised profusely and promised improvement- we shall see  >:(
