Been and had my hystoscopy today.
My anxiety was through the roof, but it was really OK. Didn't hurt at all, just left with a slight period pain feeling. But really nothing to moan about.
4 weeks for results. Although she said everything looked OK, so maybe it's all been down to my hrt all along.
We'll see when the results are in. 🤷‍♀️

Well that sounds encouraging from their initial response doesn't it? Obviously a full look at findings will tell more, but I think it may supporters facing this procedure themselves to hear that although unpleasant it was more bearable than you imagined.
Been a quite a couple of weeks in your household. Hope you both have a relaxing weekend x

How R U this morning Jillydoll?

Me - up early to watch MotoGP on 📺.  DH is helping pull items from the washing machine due to my lower back spasm  :o  :o
Early breakfast, now having toast and a 2nd cuppa
Paracetamol ..... x 2
1 hour later AB x 2

My back has ceased, painful spasms in the 'small' area so off for a walk.   Not my best idea  ::) I thought that, as usual, it would loosen, however.  Bent over 4wards, managed about half a mile around the shops, couldn't get down to the books on the lower shelves  ???  ::).  Home now, been in the bath for 1.5 hours after 2 Nurofen.  In jim jams now.

Lovely evening out watching a dear friend perform some Halloween monologues in a cafe, so cake too! Back to a friends afterwards and home at midnight. More lovely memories made.

Today I have been searching on the forum and noticed that Flossieteacake has left.
An old head on young shoulders with so much care and understanding she always gave the most wonderful advice to me and many others on the forum, I know she will be missed!

I hope she is well and I wish her all the very best.

Flossie,
My thanks for all you have done for so many of us. I instantly felt better when you replied to my own posts when I felt so couldn't do this anymore. Such kindness and a calm but advising presence.
I wish you well and hope there are those around you who can treat you as well as you have to those on this forum x

After a difficult weekend with reflux and low back pain I went back to the dentist for reassurance earlier.  All fine = continue with the deep probing to keep sockets free of infection.

Began cutting back shrubs, the ⛅️ ☀️ is warm.  Dark cloud above now  >:( !  Light lunch to hand.

Surprisingly the laundry put out to blow at 10.30 has dried enough to bring into the utility to finish off  8)

Restocked the cabinets where I sell 'stuff'
Looked at the 2nd hand book shop above, came home with a chocolate milk shake  ;D

Heating on low
