I'm at a loss ❤

Hi all 🥰 I'm at a loss x
Suffering pounding heart that pounds up into my face and head, flushing face, fuey feeling in head/dizzy and feeling icky this morning 😪 . It feels like I'm wading through treacle. I also feel a bit weepy (probably because I feel like crap). I honestly thought the HRT increase would sort this out on a all round monthly basis. I have been on the increase of Sandrena for 1 and a half months. Not sure whether a change in antidepressant would help? Not sure if it's an anxiety thing or a thing in itself xxx I feel worse just after withdrawal of the the utrogestan. I want some bounce back xxx

Can anyone advise? Is it because I have come of the cyclic utrogestan which may have made it worse? Xxx

Hi Unicorn
It certainly sounds like it could be because you’ve gone onto continuous.
Did you decide to do this because of the withdrawal symptoms?
If so, you could perhaps try out having a longer cycle.
Hopefully others will be along with more experience. X

Sorry CKLD, I was too keen 🥰
Hi Marchlove, I'm sorry, I didn't explain myself properly 😊 still on the Sequi regime as I still have periods. I'm on 200 of Utrogestan for 12 days and Sandrena, 1 and a half sachets every day. I'm on day five of the utrogestan withdrawal bit for a bleed xx

Copy the first statement in your new thread and save it: close thread. Open into the other and paste the statement; press post. This will disappear into the ether ;-)
