Hi

Can anyone recommend a intimate moisturiser please? I am not sure what to buy, Vagisil, Flourish or Balance Activ? Or something entirely different?!!

I am already using Estriol but suddenly its not enough.

I use Sylk, Yes is another popular brand.

I also use Yes and Sylk. It is important not to use anything with perfume added.

I use Yes VM internally and either Yes OB or Olive and Bee externally.

I’ve also just ordered some Balance Activ pessaries as they are hyaluronic acid. I wouldn’t use the Balance Activ gel as the ingredients say it has parabens but the pessaries seem okay and don’t have parabens listed.

You might also need to increase estrogen pessaries to every other day. Some women need it every day.

Anyone have good results with balance activ pessaries. Can this be used alongside yes vm

My Vaginal Atrophy was too chronic for anything other than having to replace the lost oestrogen and Balance Active was completely useless.
Vagifem pessaries, Ovestin cream used topically mixed with Sylk moisturiser keeps my VA under control.

Can't see any point in mixing the two moisturisers you mention, unless someone else knows different!
