Women footballers

Will be watching the match later and cheering the girls on! 

i have been looking at photos of them and they all seem to be flat chested.  Genuine question …… why is this?  have some had breast reductions or are they binding their breasts? 

Everything crossed for later today!!

Not unusual for female athletes, with very low body fat and often irregular periods I think maybe it’s because of their training schedules. When I was an endurance athlete I had quite small boobs and muscular around them- but they’re not now! Good luck to the women for today!

I don't like football but am so pleased for our Girls.  Pity they didn't choose a different name though  :-\. Lionesses is such a mouthful and kind of links them to mens' footie.

I know what you mean about the name but was it them that picked it or just something generated by the press?

We have a professional cyclist in the family, she is very tiny in the chest area as most female athletes are :)
I love the name Lionesses, hope they keep it!

I noticed that the women swimmers in the Commonwealth Games were quite flat chested - although the costumes do squish boobs down.

Most women athletes are flat chested due to having to keep their weight very low = loss of periods.  Will be interesting in years to come how many suffer with osteoporosis  :-\
