This stuff might be helpful for women who cannot take oestrogen patches/gels/tablets as it binds to oestrogen receptors really strongly. I had a quick shufty around the web about it, here's a link oestrogen patches/gels/tablets
I don't know what natural thing there is for the progesterone side of things though and would be curious to know what, as I am getting fed up of pharmacies and hot - although I have ben lucky apart from when I was on evorel 100 and had to get my sister to get them from Spain.
If there was a natural progestin that actually worked, I would be keen on coming off pharmaceuticals even though utrogestan is natural, it's just a hassle with having to wait for supper hungry
