Are supplements such as Menopace a good idea?
It didn't work for me but I guess I did not give it much of a chance.
I do take a variety of supplements, not for menopause, more for sleep and mood.
I tend to cycle them. I think that the adaptogens may help, I know ashwagandha helped my sleep, I cycled off it now for a bit.
Careful with Rhodiola, I took 500mg and it kept me awake even though I took it on the morning.
