Hi Daisy,

the Wellsprings website has a section that gives instructions on where to put the cream. I alternate between inner thighs & top of inner arms.

Hi
I'm sorry to bother you as I know this is an old thread but I wondered how you're doing now with your insomnia/anxiety....did you find the Serenity useful?
Kindest of regards.

Hello,

I am strongly considering trying serenity. I’ve been on Estrogen for months and still feel so low and tired all the time.

Is it okay to do a straight swap, any advice on what is the best way to go about this?

Does serenity work fast or take time like with HRT?

Thanks lovely people 💩

It’s not prescribed by NHS, it’s off licencse product in the UK. You can buy it on Wellsprings site online. But if you have heavy periods due to low progesterone the best is Mirena coil, I personally would not use unlicensed cream to stop heavy periods.

OK, NHS is writing its own human anatomy, which is different from the rest of the World it’s hard to talk to them, but when my heavy bleedings didn’t stop for 3 months Mirena coil was fitted eventually.
