I started watching a programme with Stephan Mangan in about oh bother can't remember the name of the gadget:  >:( : where they put a metal detector (that's it!) across a field ……. was quite humorous in places but on too late ……..

Brian Cox on later this evening  :-* - but will miss him because of the Awards programme on the 'other side'  ::)

I've been watching Don't Drop the Baby. Partly because some of it was filmed at hospital that son's GF worked in. Some of her midwife  friends have been shown on it too. Not sure of the format though, teaching future dads with dummies about what goes on during birth. A midwife sits with a computer & puts in various scenarios to show new dads what may happen. Idea being to make them realise fully what their partners may go through when in labour. Think my hubby would have given that idea a body swerve if it had been on the go back then.  ;D

When I can get Sky to actually download it in under 3 hours, I'm watching Justified on box sets. It's not Deadwood but it's not bad at all. Did some googling and found lots of grumpy Sky customers as seems their servers can't cope with the On Demand...demand.

Phillip doesn't look too bad considering  ::)

Really enjoyed watching - the background titivating and putting on mikes etc. was really interesting.  All the links which are practised before going on air, being on ITV3 meant we were tuned in to everything except his comfort breaks.  I would like to sit in on a Studio Show to see how it all works!

He's now off for a bath and bed.  Gok is on now  :-*  :-*

Anyone following Michael Portillo on his various train journeys?  Have enjoyed most, in fact if they are on DVD they might be an idea for my birthday  ;) ……. 2-night he was in the Holy Land - such marvellous buildings, that FAB U LUS blue that the Muslims use in their decorations …….. all that talent and history ……. it's a place I would love to visit, to take in the atmosphere ……. good job I don't fly then  ;).

France in the next programme!  If only I didn't have anxiety I too could go on train journeys and feel part of different countries  :'(

Heard some of Coldplay on BBCRadio 2 earlier.

It's OK as programmes go - probably switch over to The Hamster in a mo ……..
