OH gave me a dilemma - we watched the Accused on BBC last Tuesday, but a Mother's son is on at same time tonight on other channel  ::) and we cancelled Sky last week, so cannot record one.  OH suggested watching the Accused and then catching a Mother's son on STV+1 after it, but that would mean staying up until 11pm, past my bedtime  :o So a Mother's son wins, won't bother with the Accused or may catch it on i player tomorrow?  Decisions, decisions!!!

I think that I'll ditch it then; I've got far too many things recorded as OH and I have been doing lots of things while he's been on holiday rather than watching telly.  :thankyou: for helping me to decide!

Hi San,
what an opportunity I have missed!!! My nephew is an editor and he knows quite a few new up and coming actors. He got married at the beginning of July and Warren, who plays the lead in good cop was there!! He must have already recorded good cop by then. I remember his face, but if I'd have seen him in ' good cop ' before the wedding, I would have had my picture taken about 10 times with him, and got his autograph, because , of course, he's going to be playing James Bond at some time in the future.......ha! I think he is a good actor though, and I really enjoyed the second episode this week. I wonder if he kills them all, and if he gets away with it. I tried to get it out of my nephew, but he says he doesn't know, but he doubts he will.

I think he'll get away with it .... I hope so anyway. This weeks was just as good as the first. Shame there's only 4. We need more good dramas.

You are very lucky having the nephew you have.  ;)

At the moment I'm watching Last Night at the Proms. Love it  :D

That Bruch violin concerto was almost perfect  :-* - Himself was flipping through the programmes between Murray  >:( and le Veulta  :) and stopped briefly at BBC2.  I ran upstairs to watch the end ....... she missed a couple of notes in the last movement I think  :o - can't believe that she won Young Musician of the Year in 2004  :o

I had to turn my music up in the dining room as husband was listening to that violin thing. I still can't bear the sound of them - makes me so GRRRRRR!

You need to 'listen' rather than hear a violin when it's played properly .......... I hear the child next door practicing  >:( and she doesn't have much talent - yet  ::)

F1 not on until this evening so a whole day to meself pottering  :-*
