We tried to watch that the other night but just couldn't cope with his histrionics, gave up after 10 mins.  :o Shame, as we were looking forward to seeing some old clips in preparation for the new series.  :(

That's interesting, Dyan. I've got it recorded (all but the 1st episode  ::) ) - maybe it isn't worth bothering with?  ???

New Tricks is on tonight and its usually quite good.

Not fond of JB....he is just to much in your face for me. I always expect him to put on a tutu and start dancing. If you watch him being interviewed by a Scottish channel his accent suddenly returns.

For heavens sake....make up your mind man.....are you American in America....English in England....or a Scotsman in Scotland.

Gets right on my wick that does.

I watched New tricks last week, but in Scotland on our STV channel last night was the start of a two part drama 'Mothers Son' with Hermione Norris and one of the McCann trio (can't remember which one, get them muddled) and it was good - on again tonight.

I feel same about JB - pain in the proverbial a**!
