Hi Karine T yes depression and anxiety started 12 mnths ago 4 years post meno came on following smear test week before .along with all symptoms of meno think lve suffered everyone of the symptoms but can cope with these l think but the thoughts of not being here are awful .Yes had thoughts like these years ago soon went must have been peri had episodes of other symptoms then too dizzyness etc but nobody talked about it then so just got on with it .Anxiety worse first thing better by evening hope some hrt will help hiw about you ?Dee xx
