Used vagirux for 2 weeks then twice a week ran out and couldn't get a prescription for 2weeks so had a 2week break . Started it again last night but was slightly bleeding this morning thoughts I had cut myself whilst inserting it as it is quite rough . But now still bleeding  like a period bleed  .. I'm now thinking of stop taking it due to the bleeding .
Has anyone else experienced this with he bleeding

Bleeding slightly heavier this morning  and got stomach cramps this morning so I am going to stop taking it

Hi, I’m on day 4 and I’m having the same thing. Any more information. Think I need to stop as well.

Gently gently.  A dry vagina may be tender and the tissues thin = bleeding.  So inserting into the vagina a little way for a few nights then as the stinging or whatever eases, a little further in.  The idea being to plump up the walls so that they no longer give sympt0oms.

Out could U run out of VA treatment  .  Your GP should have asked U to attend to discuss then continued the prescription. 

VA treatment will not induce a period.  4 me it was like razor blades up there  until treatment began to work. 

When U say 'taking it', U R inserting into the vagina and not swallowing it I hope - stranger things have been known!

When I started vaginal estrogen I had side effects. Breast pain, then another time I had period like pain and I also had some spotting. But not heavy bleeding, but I guess we all react differently. I kept stopping because I was worried. I seem okay now and use alternate nights.
