Estradot & Oestrogel: same type of oestrogen?

Hi everyone,

Considering trying Estradot Vs Oestrogel. Is the only difference the type of application (and frequency of course)? I.e. is the type of oestrogen in the path is body identical like Oestrogel?

I didnt get on with Oestrogel but Estradot is OK. Maybe check whats available too as no Estradot in my area.
