Well things still haven’t got any better, my depression… isn’t good and I feel so helpless. I’ve got one great friend who I talk with but feel such a burden on her.
I feel I can’t go back to the drs as I feel like I almost live there. I just want to stay in bed all day, and not reply to messages that way I don’t upset anyone or trouble my friends.
