Thank you so much 😍
Just had a nap for an hour, still feel a bit pants. Was just wondering, are my peri symptoms normal? Over the last 4 years I've also had intermittent lack of appetite (just not felt like eating, even when I'm not anxious) and, sorry tmi, loose bowels. Also occasionally feeling sick. I've had this for about 3 years on and off xxx

I’ve had appetite issues and assumed it was thyroid related, maybe too much meds or something but I now know it can also be menopause

I now this part is difficult and you’ll have days where you feel like that, but you’re still 4-6 weeks away I’m assuming from the next doctors appointment and we know that it can take 3 months or more for symptoms to really start resolving. I had to tell myself this too, that this isn’t going ti be quick and I had to have patience. I know you want to feel better now and that’s totally valid but you will drive yourself crazy if you don’t accept that you may not see more noticeable improvements for a few months yet. If you question this every day, you will be disappointed every day. Forget about it for awhile, don’t think about if your symptoms are improving for maybe another two weeks. Find a way to distract yourself.

Thanks ATB 🥰 it seems a cruel trick though thinking you're better from week 2 to 4 for the crappiness then to reappear again... xxx it's also the lack of appetite that is worrying me too... I'm afraid I'm going to fade away 😒 mind you, I haven't lost any weight, which is weird xxx
