Ladies does anyone have any experiences of hiatus hernia together with inflammation of the stomach lining?

I’ve had the hernia for 10 yrs or so but now I also have inflammation of stomach lining for which I was prescribed lanspronal once each day to take for 6 months This was December. 2021. It’s now got worse bloating and stomach pain
Been back to docs who after proding me said I still have inflammation so to take 2 each day for 2 weeks and if not improved I would have another endoscopy.

Im thinking hormones for bloating and Mirtazipine for making me hungry every two hours or so and then I have to eat otherwise my hunger pains are excruciating and if I don’t eat I feel nauseous and unwell and it’s a vicious circle.
