Hello,

Just wondering if anybody has experience taking ultrogesten 100mg once a day and lenzetto 1.53mg twice a day? Any recommedation on when is best to take either one? Has anybody had  a positive outcome from it? I'm turning 40 and been going through this with 6-7 years now. Diagnosed POI (early menopause) but still get light bleeds.
I only just stopped the mirena coil and zoely 2 days ago so should I give myself a few weeks to withdraw from that before starting new regime? Just curious as how will I know what is withdrawal and what is nee side effects?

I had to unfortunately have a hysterectomy in 2018.  I was prescribed the Lenzetto spray twice daily and have been taking it at night.  I currently take it on its own but specialist plans to add an extra treatment.  I've had absolutely no side effects from the spray.
The only issue is - Lenzetto is often out of stock with the manufacturer so it can take weeks and even months to get hold of it. 
I've had a particularly bad experience this month and have had to go cold-turkey as the GP wouldn't prescribe anything else given my history!  All bonkers!
From experience, it's great to have found a medication that works for me but the lack of stock causes more stress than its worth - there must be other alternatives out there.
I called 18 chemists this morning and every one of them told me that they're struggling with stock levels for all HRT medications.
I hope you have more success than I have.

Funnily enough, the private suppliers have Lenzetto. I had to order one in desperation from the Oxford Pharmacy and it arrived two days later. Of course, if we were given the correct amount for the three months we're supposed to trial it for, there would be less stress. No easy answers just now! Sigh!
