Why go back to twice a week  :-\ it may take a while for. your body to feel 'better'.  Don't rush ;-)

Does this Estring support a slight prolapse also or is it just like a diaphragm, in which case I would probaly end up with it protruding out!
It's certainly not licensed for that purpose. I think the support-type pessaries have to be individually fitted, although I have no first-hand experience. The Estring is like a large squid ring - that's the best way I can describe it!

I did try a support pessary once and had to pull it out after about 8 hours as I couldn't pee. It was enormous and so hard!
The Estring sounds more like a diaphragm.
I wouldn't go back to twice a week Rustysmum, reduce very gradually, if at all.

So latest update is I now have a light bleed going on after three days ina row of the OVESTIN.Not the spotting like with the VA but a light flow and uterus ache. Not what I need with daughter and grandson arriving for a week’s visit!! Didn’t think I would feel like this ever again!! So should I carry on loading for the full two weeks or stop and try to talk to a GP next week?
