So I spoke to my practice nurse this morning during a check up on my LS. She said they haven't received any notifications of Oestrogel shortages in Bradford when I mentioned I had seen there was an issue, but she could prescribe an alternative if needed. Tonight I've tried all 5 local chemists and can't get Oestrogel, Sandrena or Lenzetto

So... I'm going to have to try patches aren't it? I have a Mirena, so oestrogen only

Is Evorel the best one to try?
Does they stick even when exercising or having long baths?

I have 2 bottles of gel left thankfully but if I have to transition I want a buffer

Hi, so frustrating this whole getting hrt it's been going on for years, I used to struggle getting patches went to gel was lucky I got a years worth in February this year but its not agreeing with me and was thinking of asking for lenzetto but reading posts I think that's hard to get to now aswell , anyway I found everol good they stick well even with exercise and baths, I tryed estradot which are tiny compared to everol but made me feel awful, good luck hope you manage to get some without any difficulty.

Thank you. Glad they stick, I couldn't give up my baths! Feels like a first world problem struggling to get HRT but I still had a melt down on my lovely partner when I got home

I bet if men went through this we would never hear of shortages!!!
