Think hrt making me worse

Feeling so Ipoorly the last few days on oestrogel. Been on it a few weeks now, initially felt good on 2 pumps, then during ovulation I felt extremely ill. I restarted on just one pump and I feel sick, shaky, depressed anxious and have a headache. Don't think I can tolerate it. Should I carry on or quit?
Had bloods done recently. Day 3 of cycle oestradiol was 132. I don't know if this is high or low

Can you manage that or is there someone who can for you....at least doing the waiting bit which I know is draining as same system here.

132 is low. Given that you did feel good I would think either you've developed an allergic reaction to it or you have caught a bug. I woud stop for a few days until you feel better then start again on a low dose and see if it happens again. Is it related to when you're on progesterone if you use a sequi regime?
