I think estrogen has absolutely helped, especially stabilising moods. I take the patches now, I started on gels. But I think it’s all three hormones that I’m taking that is making it work. I wouldn’t have this much of an improvement I don’t think. The difference in what I can do now is huge, I work out every day and until recently when estrogen was too high, I’ve felt good all day, close to ‘normal’.

Could I just ask what made you come off the gel and go for patches? Oh I don't think I said I'm also on testosterone gel too. Xx
