Hi all, not sure if this is all menopause related or not, but feeling awful, across the board, can't say what exactly.
In the last 3 months I increased the oestrogen on my evorel sequi (some of you know this story), then later find out it's not licensed to do that (wasn't told that by the GP). I also might have messed up the patches slightly 3 months ago, I can't remember how but too long on one or the other by an extra week.
Anyway not feeling that healthy anymore. I felt a bit like this 2 years ago when I started HRT, I thought I was dying. Feeling like that tonight again. My cheeks are a bit flushed too, burning.
With the progesterone I'm on at the moment I'm finding that a couple of days a month I struggle with the 'getting up too quick' out of a seat thing. Only it's a LOT stronger than the usual. If I get out of my car and walk to the shop, by the time I reach the stop about 20 steps away I feel like I'm going to pass out (dizzy). I haven't done. I don't feel weak, just like there's not enough blood to my brain.
Told the doctor and she's suggested a continuous form of HRT and it may well help because once the oestrogen starts again and progesterone stops I very quickly feel better. Though I like the cycle, but that's another issue.
I'm rambling, but I feel like rubbish, feel anxious, feel like my health is declining, no energy, not sure if this is mood or body, but I think the bodily symptoms affect my mood.
Anyone ever had all this stuff going on

(edited to add, my cheeks are burning! I'm due to change to oestrogen patch on Thursday. Is it low oestrogen doing this, or the progesterone? there's still oestrogen in the patches isn't there....)
