Morning all

Almost 4 weeks ago I changed HRT from Femseven Conti to Oestrogel/ Utrogestan 100mg daily. This was due to episodes of migraine aura on the Femseven which GP thought may be Estrodiol driven.

I am only taking 1 pump of the gel and this seems ok re symptoms. Femseven Conti is 50mcg so I have effectively reduced the dose.

 I was expecting some spotting which did occur, but today I am having a heavy bleed. I didn't expect this from reducing the Estrodiol dose.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks so much.
