Hi, first post - hopefully this is a simple question, but I'm on my final patch of Evorel Sequi and have Oestrogel & Utrogestan ready to replace the patches.

I know I should be using 2 pumps of Oestrogel every day, and Utrogestan for 12 days per month.  What I don't know is when I should start the new regime - do I finish the patch completely and then start using Oestrogel the following day?  And do I count Day 1 as the first day of my period, even if that's during the time that I'm still using the patch?  I've read different things about having a break of a few days between the last patch and the new regime.  Thanks.
