Hi all, i am so fed up of feeling ill everyday, i am on a fairly new regime 6 months, of FEMESTON conti 1.5 x 2, 2 pumps of estrogel, 0.5m of androfem, prescribed from a private meno clinic, at first i felt ok but not great,so she upped the androfem to 7m, still no better, my Gp has now taken over the prescription but the testosterone is testim, my symptoms are so awful i feel i need to stop.I have no motivation, drained, tired, can’t get out of bed, very low mood, feel light headed, feel nauseous, neck and shoulder aches,im reluctant to go back to private as the cost was starting to spiral,i have tried to see if anyone else has had the same issues on this regime,but can’t seem to find the answers im looking for, do you think if i used just 1 FEMESTON 1.5 could i still use the oetrogel or is that to much estrogen, i have been post meno for roughly 6 years.

Hi, really sorry you’re feeling so bad. Have you been slowly building the oestrogen up to that level? In other words, have you been on lower doses of oestrogen before and felt worse/better?

Please don't give up. I posted today because I feel a bit rubbish but things will get better.

I am sorry I cannot comment on HRT as mine differs from yours.
