Hi

I have recently started on the Estraderm MX 100 patch, and feel low and tired.  Did anyone else have this as a side effect, if so did things improve?

If you didn't, did things improve anyway??

..... and breath.  It can take a while for HRT to kick in.  Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.

How long has you been using the product?

I was using 3 pumps of gel, but was upped to 4 and changed to the patches last Wednesday.

I am just so tired of feeling like this. xx
