Hi.
I wonder if anyone has experience of feeling nauseous on starting yoga online as a beginner? I had my first Wednesday "class" today and felt really awful afterwards; nauseous, dizzy, then tired. It was quite an early start for me and blood sugars may have been an issue. I don't get on too well with Zoom either due to the intensity of concentration and how attention is given differently. I really love my other, new Tuesday class online (a later start) and come away feeling wonderful, but maybe it's too much on two consecutive days as a complete newbie. I suppose I'm curious about such a physiological response today. Any yoga teachers/enthusiasts with any suggestions? I'm hoping and pretty convinced this is something that, for a change, needn't be hormonal! 😂
